Frosted Cake Shoppe - Medina

I purchased a greasy cake for my son that turned out to be dry and extremely dense. It was difficult to break or even tear. It's supposed to be called Smash-Torte because it's meant to be breakable, but it did not live up to its name. I should have listened to the others and spent my money elsewhere. We also bought a regular Cassata cake and encountered the same issue - hard and dry. It was not worth the $110 I spent. Overall, I was very disappointed.

I contacted Frosted Cake Shoppe last minute to order a cake, and Brittany was extremely helpful and kind. She had a pre-made cake available for me to purchase and decorated it beautifully. The cake had delicious flavors, was visually stunning, and was a big hit with the birthday celebrants. Thank you to Frosted Cake Shoppe and Brittany for your amazing service.

Delicious cakes, large selection of flavors, and accommodating with scheduling! They were very helpful while ordering over the phone and going over my options. Cake and cupcakes were amazing, just the few flavors we tried were unique and well-crafted. Will order from again to try more flavors!

I’ve recently gone into Frosted, instant regret. They were rude and not helpful with selecting cupcakes in their shop. The cupcakes were so dry and the frosting was sandy. I wish I would’ve gone into the other bakery on the square. I would never recommend this bakery to anyone.

They did such a beautiful job on our wedding cake. It was simply breathtaking. They were great to work with and the cake tasted amazing. Our guest could not stop raving about it. Thank you Frosted Cake Shoppe for creating the wedding cake of our dreams.
