Project Sushi - Medina

The sushi at this restaurant is incredible and the staff is fantastic. The food is delicious! We dined in for dinner and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the Crunch and Spicy California rolls.

While shopping in Medina, we craved sushi and found this adorable small sushi spot. We ordered a variety of rolls and spring rolls, all of which were fresh and flavorful. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food we received. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any inquiries we had.

I appreciate that they offer lettuce as a base option for their Poke bowls instead of just rice. The food is consistently fresh and prepared to order. Aloha, I recently moved here from Hawaii to Ohio and wanted to find the best sushi around. My wife was googleing and found this place. Coming from Hawaii we eat a lot of sushi and the food here is as we say in Hawaii Ono , which means good. The staff is friendly and courteous and they treated us like we say Ohana , which means family. We have been there twice and will continue to make the drive from Canton just for the Awesome food.
