Costa Coffee - Medway

The best coffee I've ever had. Thank you to Costa Coffee in Chatham Kent for the excellent customer service from the server.

After a challenging few weeks, I needed a pick-me-up in the form of coffee. I entered the restaurant with a heavy heart, but within 30 seconds, the kind ladies working there had me laughing and smiling again. Their warmth and cheerfulness really lifted my spirits! Not to mention, the coffee was delicious. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, including the restrooms. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic, with lovely and friendly staff. They took my allergy seriously by changing gloves before serving my cake. Thank you so much!

I had lunch at this branch today and the staff were very friendly. One member gave a great suggestion for lunch and helped me select a salted caramel brownie for after. I couldn't ask for a friendlier and more welcoming atmosphere. Definitely will come again!
