Contribuisci feedbackUnfortunately, the restaurant once again got our order wrong, not just once but twice in one evening. We are still waiting to see if they will finally bring the correct item on the third attempt. We no longer want the food, but we feel like our time and money were wasted, so we will waste theirs in return. It is especially frustrating during this time when it is difficult to get petrol. In summary, they need to answer their phone, double check orders, and do their job properly. We assume they are being paid, so they should pay attention and fulfill their duties. P.S. We are still waiting for the missing Coke and side dish from June.
I ordered from Dominos at 1pm. Typically, their deliveries are quick and I have never had any issues with them before. However, today my food did not arrive until 2:30 and it was completely cold. I called Dominos and informed them that I wanted my food replaced because it was freezing, and I had three children and two adults waiting to eat. I could have warmed it up myself and not complained, but considering I spent £40 on two medium pizzas, I shouldn't have to. Dominos said they would replace the food, but that would come with a 30-40 minute waiting time. This is just ridiculous. This one experience has completely discouraged me from ordering from here again. Such a pity!
I recently ordered a pizza for delivery to my home and was shocked to find human hairs in the food. This is unacceptable, especially since my kids could have eaten it and gotten ill. I strongly advise against purchasing food from this establishment.
Very poor service tonight found a hair in our pizza so ruined the whole meal also tried phoning the store no awnser .
We had a pizza delivered tonight it had a hair in the pizza tried to call them but are not answering the phones !
