TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.SPACE AND MONEY, CONSTANTLY CLEANING THEIR MILKSHAKE MACHINE DURING PEAK HOURS, TICKET MACHINE CONSTANTLY UNABLE TO GIVE RECEIPTS SO YOU LOSE OUT ON PROMOTIONS. THEN THERE ARE THE FACTS THAT FOOD IS OFTEN JUST WARM OR COLD WHEN YOU HAVE 3 TICKETS IN AND THEY SERVE THE FIRST TICKET THEN 20 MIN LATER SERVE THE THIRD ONE BUT THEY WERE PUT IN AT THE SAME TIME THAT ALL 3 TICKETS. YOU MUST ALWAYS CHECK THAT YOUR ORDER IS WHAT YOU ORDERED OR THAT IT IS ALL THERE CONSTANTLY MISSING ITEMS SPECIALLY WHEN YOU PUT IN LARGE ORDERS. THERE ARE OTHER STORES CLOSE BY LIKE KFC OR BURGER KING. DON'T SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED

1. The staff displayed a poor attitude towards customers on multiple occasions. 2. The food was frequently served cold or only lukewarm. 3. Many items were unavailable on the menu due to being out of stock or the machine being broken, such as milkshakes. This resulted in wasted trips and extra costs for customers. 4. Customers were made to wait outside in their cars after going through a quiet drive-thru at 2am. The service was terrible and management needs to address the issues that customers have been complaining about. The regional manager should conduct unannounced visits to ensure better running of the restaurant.

Another poor experience from McDonalds in Anthony’s way. Continually given wrong food or skimp on fries.. don’t bother ordering large fries because you’ll only get one scoop no matter what you order. Food is usually Luke warm Latest and last attempt at using this branch. I ordered deluxe hot chocolate and was given standard hot chocolate. One word.. Terrible

The restaurant falsely claimed to deliver the food within a certain time frame, but it took over 2.5 hours and there was no confirmation of the delivery driver's arrival. Eventually, an email was received stating that the food had been delivered. This experience was completely dishonest and untrustworthy.

We visited this McDonald’s as a large group with children . First after a long wait due to a party being held in there when our order finally arrived it was wrong. So we sent it back. After another long wait it come out cold . We gave up by this point. But to top it off a week later I received a car parking ticket which I appealed and explained what happened and it was refused. We will not be returning.
