Starbucks Chatham Station - Medway

Today, I was served by a very cheerful and happy young man named James. He was friendly and polite, which is rare to find these days, especially in the mornings. He served me quickly and efficiently. Kudos to him!

I decided to switch things up from my usual work-from-home routine and went to this restaurant. I ordered a caramel Mac with soy milk and it was delicious. The staff, especially Tia, Trisha, and Molly, were very friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to coming here more often in the future!

Although I am not typically a patron of Starbucks, I decided to stop in for a coffee while waiting for a train. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was adequate, but the coffee itself was lacking. It was weak and had very little flavor, and the milk had a slight sour taste. It didn't seem spoiled, but it certainly wasn't the freshest.

I really like this Starbucks and it’s very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t change anything other than giving them a bigger selection of food, but I understand it is a quieter shop than others in town centres etc

5* service can't fail this at all, have delivered food for some time and it's always hot and to a very good standard. I had made my first order incorrect tonight and after a quick call to them she talklivered my entire order right and very fast with extras. in any case recommend, will in any case continue to be family distances from here
