Turkish Meze Bar Barbeque Restaurant

We had a very nice meal, free dips, delicious starters and plentiful main course portions. The waiter kindly set our table outside as it was very warm in the restaurant. We enjoyed our food much more in the cool garden area. Tesekkur ederim.

I went to this restaurant with a group of friends and we all had a great time. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. It was also good value for money. I will definitely be returning in the future.

My wife and I love Turkish food we were going to try Pasha but the reviews weren't glowing. Checked the menu for this restaurant online and it appealed. It may not be in the best location but well less than 100m off the high street and you are greeted by a frontage that looks out of place. Well lit and stylish. We were greeted by Carmel, there was a lovely buzz about the place people chatting and laughing. Cold meze was brought to the table, houmous, esme salad (chilli), mint yoghurt, aubergine and potato (so good we took a lot home) and vegetables in mayonnaise together with some beautiful warm bread. The menu is exactly what you expect but the prices are unbelievable. My wife had mixed shish, I had mixed grill, my son had doner and my daughter had chicken tenders (would have fed an adult), we all had 2 rounds of drinks and it came to less than £50. Metin, the owner and chef came out to greet us and check our meal was ok. There were a couple who had eaten there 2 to 3 times a week for 4 years and I could understand why. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot wait to go back this Saturday if only for lunch.

What a disapointment, the service was terrible, too many customers not enough staff. Two of the four starters had to go back as they were cold. Two of the main meals had to go back as they too were cold, ordered four drinks only 3 turned up. No where to hang your coats. Freezing cold sitting by the door as people coming in and out and leaving the door open.

Went here recently after a takeaway a few months earlier, that was very nice. decided to sit and have a meal, very nice would recommend the place to everyone, the ground for only 4 stars and not 5 is at the waiting time, we were not in a hurry, for a change so that this does not disturb us. think they were waiting for the amount of just eat supplies they go well for them that was so busy but ready to wait, we felt it was worth it.
