Domino's Pizza - Medway

They never pick up the phone, they seldom update your pizza status on the app, they don't deliver most of the time, and they won't even inform you if your order is canceled, leaving you waiting for a pizza that will never show up.

I had the worst experience ever with this Domino's location. My wife placed an online order at 6 PM, and it still hadn't been delivered by 7:45 PM. The store won't even answer their phone, so I can't get a refund. The delivery time on the app keeps getting pushed back. This is simply unacceptable!

Ordered from here twice this week. Both times I?ve waited for over an hour, called the store and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. They never answered, and both orders were cancelled and never delivered. After being placed on hold and waiting over 2hours for my order, I decided to drive down to see what was going on. There was one employee with headphones on, letting thephone ring. He explained that there was only one delivery driver delivering orders, and he was the only one inside making food.Such a disappointment.

I ordered pizza for delivery, which was picked up at 6:09 and arrived at 6:57 completely cold. The only compensation offered was a coupon for a free pizza or 20% off my next order. The sandwich was decent, but if you’re looking for one, you might as well go to Subway, Jersey Mike's, or D'Angelo instead.

They are incompetent! We ordered 2 items at 8:20pm. After 3 phone calls and being hung up on twice by the lady who answered the phone, our items were delivered COLD and in a crushed box. On the app we watched the location of the driver. He passed outstreet 2x in those 3 hours and didn?t not deliver our food. They claimed they only had one worker and one driver. The woman onthe phone was rude and uncooperative. Avoid them. Something has changed and they are not keeping up their service.
