Starbucks - Medway

These Bucks, for passing through has a longer Cueing line (safe, it could go away if the McDonald ever opens again) I think that's a good thing. The staff is typical (friendly and efficient) and they recognize my family order, which is always beautiful and make it a point to say hi. In my experience, this place sometimes runs short on ingredients compared to other local starbucks, not sure whether it is a volume of customers or it only has a lower stock. They keep their order more common than others, but I notice that it is sometimes out, although not as often as other nearby shops.

You're aiitee. If they notice that you have a dog, they always give a puppy so that is cool. They are def over price tho.

We moved to Medway in June 2020, so for the first year we were in town this place was mostly closed for dine-in. We still had some great experiences with the drive-through, including one time when they gave us a $4 gift card when we complained that a drink was lukewarm (they also replaced the drink! Now that they're open for dine-in, it's a great place to come and hang out. I tend to come in the evenings to catch up on e-mails, etc. and it's usually pretty quiet- but the staff are always friendly and upbeat. Highly recommended!

On the other day I came to this place to try the new Sugar Cookie Latte, unfortunately they were all from the syrup that needed to make the drink, but the staff was so courteous and friendly! I was offered another of their holiday drinks as an excuse after the staff insisted that I try it for free! It was delicious and it was so generous of them to do that for me. I usually only go to Starbucks as a treat or if I feel like I'll try out one of their custom drinks. Everyone at this point seemed happy and how they enjoy their time. Great atmosphere, great staff and great drink! Thank you.
