A visit to the wines offered by Louise extraordinaire. Do not descend from a cloud or papillae the buds are enchanted and conquered by an exceptional kitchen. Thank you for this unusual enchantment.

In the top 5 of my restaurants that still have a lot of 2 3 stars in the world. For a 1 star restaurant, the experience was close to perfection. Good reception, the great tasting menu with a perfect wine size (not too much or not enough, almost all dishes were very fresh and perfectly thought out. The well chosen wines come mainly from regional and organic wines. Anyway, better than a lot of 2 and 3 stars. The only small dish: a little too long for the first starter without bread or butter. The butter too cold and too long to pay. But nothing that could not spoil this very beautiful experience. Bravo to the team and the leader who should surely have a second star here shortly;
