Contribuisci feedbackVery impressed by the hospitality of Andy and the young lady who reviewed me at the end of my stay. I had a case and went to the book, they found me a room (king exec suite for great price.) andy, was hospitable and very friendly, on the phone and then personally. they understood that I was for a funeral in the city and they were so courteous. the rooms were very clean. nicely melted. a few people in the halls and the common, but still within the room. lots of space to work and good pool, beautiful average working room. new machines and what seemed new clean carpets in the rooms. lately wake up and was late for the funeral on the morning of check-out and again, they were so dang nice and worked super fast to check me, it made a huge impression. highly recommended here and my colleagues/employers.
The hotel looked good on the BW website and I’ve come to expect a certain level of quality from BW Plus, Signature, and Premier properties. This was disappointing. The lobby is attractive but dark. Check in went smoothly but as soon as the desk personnel explained that the main elevator was out of order, the impression started its downhill slide. The halls were very dimly lit, guests had set trash outside their doors, and the walls had numerous spots that had badly patched repairs. Once in the room, things looked like they were badly in need of an update. The AC unit had signs of rust and the compressor, when starting up (every 6-8 minutes), it sounded like the Spirit of St. Louis was cranking it’s engine next to the bed.
I have talked to the manager Brad since our stay and he assured me that when we come back in town he would take care of us, that’s very appreciated since we visit atleast 3-4 times a year but the 2 guys victor and Andy I will never forget how extremely rude they were, the ladies vianna and I forgot the other young lady name was extremely sweet, but those guys were rude inconsiderate and mean. My room was dirty, there was mold, the elevator didn’t work, the iron didn’t work the shower was more so a drip, Room wasn’t clean, the guy Victor wouldn’t get us sheets for the pull out bed so we all crammed into the king bed the first night and bought sheets to go on the pull out for our daughters the 2nd night, they did not have complementary breakfast, I could go on it was so much wrong. The unnecessary comments about my special needs daughter drooling on my husband, I digress but unless they have improved on the staff and cleaning I don’t think we would stay here again. But their lobby is beautiful if only the rooms can catch up.
Staff 10/10, hotel facility 5/10. Pool was down due to no chemicals to clean it. The room had Cheerios and other children 's snacks behind the couch in the suite. I don 't think the hallways were air conditioned. The whole building was super humid. Front elevator was down requiring us to walk to the back end of the building, go up the elevator and walk the whole way back to the front of the building on our floor. Checked out after one night to find another place. Front desk was very helpful in finding us another place to stay. Every staff member we met was great.
This hotel is absolutely dirty, disgusting, moldy, and has ZERO help from staff. Reservations messed up, no luggage carts to move stuff in, broken elevators, no house keeping service after multiple requests, no breakfast available, asked for assistance and requests were never honored. DO NOT STAY here. It’s a trap. STINKS!
