Ruma's Deli - Mehlville

The food never disappoints. It's with great sadness that most of the locations have closed, so when we are near south county, we make a point to pick up sandwiches and salads. As in plural.

Ordered take-out: manicotti lunch special. Tomato sauce too sweet for my taste; would prefer a little more salt and savory flavor.

I've eaten around for almost 50 years. I love the hot sandwiches (gerber prosperity) and the super. the rich boy brings back memories because that is what mom would order for us when we were kids.

Food is great but pricey. 13.00 for a prosperity now. I guess you can thank our President for the rising cost.

Not the Ruma's we remembered from years past. Sandwich was nothing special sadly, we need more good sandwich places in SoCo. They were out of corn beef on a Friday night. As we waited for our take out order we noticed place looked run down, needs updating.
