Ilili By Jaffa - Meise

Came here for a quick lunch back in September after visiting the nearby Église Notre-Dame de la Chapelle. It was an early lunch and the place was pretty quiet. There was only one staff and honestly, it didn’t look like he was happy to see me. I got a vegetarian falafel wrap. The wrap was a little unusually, I always thought that they were called wraps because they were literally wrapped around the filling. This was bread was wrapped in half only (see pictures). The wrap was not bad, about average for a falafel.

Good food. We ordered a meal for two. It cost 27 euros. The vegetarian option costs 23.

The food was delicious and the owner was very friendly.

Amazing eating if she loves an Indian, maxican, more brazillish or just a simple British who loves delicious food, then this is the place for her.

What bothers me the most about this place is that the guy was very unfriendly and didn't even ask me what I want in my wrap. I had to get every word out of him, felt pretty uncomfortable. Also the chicken wrap tasted like there are a lot of ingredients missing, but maybe it's just me. I had to ask afterwords for something spicy because he didn't ask me what I want. Pretty bad experience, sorry but never again!
