Hard Rock Cafe Melaka - Melaka Malaysia

I had my first experienced at HRCM yesterday with my grown up children...we had our drinks, dessert and ice-cream there after we bought our collectable merchandised items at the rock shop...I really love the ambience and the staff were so friendly especially the Operations Manager, En. Rahim Azman who came to greet me and my children...I even had my bill refunded the same day on the discounted items eventhough I only realised it after I had gone back to my hotel... 'thanks again En. Rahim for your hospitality '...indeed you are an asset to HRCM...definitely I will come again with my children, in shaa Allah....

Very nice HRC in the middle of the historical town. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoy the lovely foods and drinks. We found some awesome memorabilia too. Great to rock on this place.

Sorry. This might be long. If i may call myself your regular guest, i wish to express my frustration when i came to watch the previous non-local resident band. We do put higher expectations from non-local bands. To be fair, there were occassional glitches in the sound system or little bit out of tune in singing or even in the guitar solo (no body is perfect). But, that should not be the reasons for a band to be in an auto replay mode playing the same songs or to be a in a karaoke mode playing requested songs without considering the quality performances and songs being properly line up (its okay if you cannot play all requests 1night). Most times, there were no momentum built and by 2nd set boredom hits. A band have to consider their audiences as a whole. Eg) Suddenly started off 2nd set with a rock song, then drown us in few slow ballads in half of the set and suddenly dancing songs (with 1 or 2 more ballads) till 3rd set ended. Being an international band playing in an international chain cafe, English language is vital. Malay language shouldn 't be use as a communication language. So far in my visits, Centrestage Bali HRC Bali don 't use or sing Malay/Indonesian language/ songs. Some nights, we felt they were talking too much on stage till we were lost in translation figuring out what they were trying to say. I really2 hope that the management will consider bringing back the previous quality bands or filtering the new ones to ensure only the best and quality bands to be here. This place always been an awesome one with them around! Other than that, HRC Melaka is always my preferred place to hang out, dine in and celebrate special occassions. All staff from top level to bottom since i first visited this place back in end of 2013, you guys are among the best representing ' all is one and love all serve all ' spirit! Keep it up guys! Thank you for always be a warm home to all of us!

Great joint where the location is simply the best and food was good staffs was friendly I can’t ask for more. Enjoyed very much will return when I’m visiting malacca

Friendly staffs and the food is good.The place was nice and clean.Price was abit expensive but big portion.I enjoyed listening the live band while having dinner.
