Absolutely delicious! I had the red snapper that was caught locally with mais and rice (with a type of bumping on it) and brot. the best seafood I had in a loooong time. or perhaps ever! yum! charlene was very attentive and helpful. great place, visit them!
A great place for Seafood in Indialantic This restaurant is located south on A1A between the Eau Gallie and US 192 causeways. It is in a strip center on the west side of the road. This site is in the southernmost corner of the center. There is plenty of parking with most of it directly in front of the building. You enter through a glass door and are facing the counter with all the tables to your right. The space is very pretty with grey plank tile for the floor, a large school of fish covering the right wall, and windows facing the parking lot. There are 12 tables of 4 people and 2 counter’s facing the windows with 8 seats each. The staff was very friendly from when we arrived to when we left. The menu is mostly seafood with a few non-seafood options. We ordered the Conch Fritters as an appetizer with remoulade sauce. The main dishes that we tried were the shrimp and grits and a grilled Mahi sandwich with french fries. The food came out quickly and both dishes were excellent. The Mahi sandwich was the best one that I have ever had. The cost was reasonable but a little higher. Each main dish was about $15 and the appetizer was $10. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone craving good seafood in the area.
We ordered the fish special which they said was red snapper which I’ve had in other restaurants and it is an unbelievably good fish. Not sure what happened here but it wasn’t that wonderful. It was good as far as fish goes but nowhere near on par with fresh red snapper I’ve had at other restaurants. The AC went out so we sat outside so I’m not sure if it was just an off night but the more I think about it the poor chef was in there cooking around ovens and stoves with no air-conditioning so it might’ve been pretty miserable. All the other food was good and the service was excellent. Our server went out of her way to accommodate us because we didn’t order it exactly as on the menu. Overall a very nice place we will go again when the air conditioning is working and see how it is.
To start with the service was excellent that is why it gets 2 out of 5, the food however was not impressive, the grouper wS dry and chewy. The rice was very good, lobster was chewy, crab legs were rubber, beer batter fish was ok. Definitely not worth the money! The service was the best part of the dinner, they really cared but the food disappointed.
