I suppose he was manager because his hemd was different than the other staff. I could not catch his name, but he had dark hair and a bart. he had several employees and customers pull him different directions, but he got it all perfectly and treated at speed. a good customer service is so difficult to find. it was very refreshing!
Rough began for the business, but seemed to get their things together. I eat here often and if there is ever a problem with my order not correct, it will be treated quickly and correctly. As long as the owner remains in the back and gives the minor pauses if they are legally intended to take them, this facility could actually be successful and profitable.
Out of towner having Culver's for the 1st time and I wanted to get the pork loin sandwich and some fried cheese curds. Idk if the curds were supposed to come with a sauce or not but they were good. The sandwich was great, came with pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard. Nice that its an actual pork loin and not some pressed McRib garbage. Will definitely go next time in town and try the burgers.
Love the food here, and the ice cream. But, this current kitchen crew is struggling. This location was not busy at all, on a Friday lunch, and we waited a long time for some pretzel bites and onion rings-only dine-in order. They blamed it on the drive through action at the time but it didn't look that busy to me.
Forget about Wendy's and Burger King, McDonald's is the best option. The food is fantastic, especially the fish sandwich. The ice cream is also delicious. The drive-thru service could be improved, but the food is always fresh. There may be a bit of a wait, but it is worth it in the end. Spending $40.00 for a meal for 4 people here is much better than spending $65-75 at Five Guys.
