Dunkin' - Melbourne

Donuts are stale. They were probably stale yesterday too. 6 of the 12 donuts were not even any of my choices. If you are out of someones choices DONT add 6 random donuts. Add 6 more of the ones that you KNOW the person likes. Not rocket science. Never again.

My coffee was supposed to be a caramel iced and bagel was supposed to be a cinnamon raisin. i got plain coffee with a plain bagel. I took it anyway but im not extremely happy with my order.

Friendly staff, very clean business. had a family feeling here. it is a nice place to visit.

Terrible customer service tried to ask for what flavors they have and it was the worst experience ever won't be back. Yikes

The food always taste like someone’s refrigerator which mean they don’t properly store their food. Even with mobile orders where you specify what and how you want something made they mess up your order. I will definitely go to either a further location or another business altogether instead of coming to this DD
