Estampa Gaucha - Melbourne

Wow, I wasn't in such a restaurant for long. I felt like an ELITE. The service was A! My only advice would be: Come Hungry! Because you have so many options and everything is delicious. I think I was full for two days... I was just really happy... I didn't believe or wanted something after going here. I really enjoyed it here. If your meat lover... This place is for you, the meat is delicious tender -nonstop (if you want). It was definitely worth it.

Not even know that they are closed at 8 am on Sunday, reservations at 7 pm. That was more than enough time to eat all the meat and enjoy our time. We were there at least 30 minutes after closing. I couldn't say enough about the person who looked like the manager. He's done service I haven't seen yet. I felt like the table was up because he was there and was ready with the best service. Not to take away from the other employees, they were also great, but if I had my own business, I would make him train my staff and show how it is. Now for dinner... it was delicious. I ate everything that came out, and the sides and a little of the salad bar. Nothing disappointed, it was worth the money, even the dessert that is a separate fee. If I were to make a critical assessment, it would be the salad bar. I have seen better in other well-known Brazilian style restaurants, but honestly, who goes there for salad. The meat is the star of the show, but in our case it was the service. I'd come back if I revisit this area.

I've been here with my husband for five years, almost once a month. I can't sing the praise of this place enough! It is always so consistent with above and beyond the service! If you love steak, LOTS from steak, with chicken, pork, lamb, fresh vegetables and fruits, cheese bread, salads,... the list does not end and that JUST food! Their wine list is huge, with incredible classic drinks such as the Caipirinha, as well as delicate desert drinks and coffees. The manager Javier always takes care of us while the rest of the staff is so polite and punctual. ALWAYS! The best service we had from anywhere in Brevard. And we eat a lot. The only warning I have is GO. UNGRY! It is worth the torment of scissors getting hungry to enjoy every morsel that has to offer this small slice of heaven

We had a great experience in Estampa Gaucha tonight. The service was very good and there were a variety of choices at the salad bar, a selection of delicious meat, amazing desserts and drinks to complete it. That's why I made this review.

Love this place! The service is Excellent! Always greet you with a smile and food is yummy! If you love meat like I do this is the place for you! The (salad) bar has great variety.
