They welcomed us with smiles, although they obviously worked on a very large order. the service was fast and the order was correct. it was a very nice and pleasant experience. I'll go back to this place soon. I hope everyone has as much experience as we enjoy!

As a food supplier driver, I visit many places and see how they operate. Jersey Mike's location is always bustling during lunch, and the team there handles it well. This visit exceeded my expectations from my last one. The staff was incredibly friendly and we chatted and joked, making for a pleasant and relaxed evening. This restaurant is my go-to spot, and I always feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of by the staff. As a regular customer, I am always treated with the utmost kindness and respect.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The waiter literally snatched the food away when we asked for a light salad. Three out of the four people dining with us were so careless and unhelpful. I was there on 1/27/22 at 6:20 pm. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
