Contribuisci feedbackI visited all local dieucks and I never had a negative experience as I had with the barista katie this morning. she told me about the phone, she could replace my order from the day before, but if I came in, she would replace only the sandwich. this particular diet is the least match of everyone I was, and they have crushed my order in several places. do not come back because of the way I was talking about katie and their inability to follow through what she said about the phone.
This Starbucks is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time the workers were very nice and helpful.
The cashier was super friendly, service was quick, my drink was great!
It was the first bad experience I had at this store. I walked in and immediately all six of the workers at the take out window greeted me as well as I greeted them.I went on to grab my bag of coffee and then to the register. No one came to check me out, I was getting upset, all the six workers was catering the drive through. In comes another customer, she grabbed her beverage and came to the line. I stood there for a two minutes waiting. Finally, a guy from the crew of 6 came over. I said I was wondering if someone was working at the register. I paid and gave him my coffee to grind. He stood there looking at me and said I will get it done in a minute. He basically was saying I'm going to service the one customer behind me, then grind my coffee ?. That did not sit well with me because at first I was the only customer there and had been waiting two minutes to be served, now you want me to wait even longer. I will visit another Starbucks where the appreciates customers.
This Starbucks the absolute worst location i’ve ever been to and will never return. The staff are rude and so disrespectful. I understand when times get busy and you have rush, but when there are no cars in the line you’d think they wouldn’t mind fixing something for you. I order a strawberry açaí lemonade practically every single day. i know what it looks like when it’s made wrong and made right. Instead of it being made with lemonade, it was made with water. you could visibly tell. i never ever complain, but when i do i’m very nice and understanding. i asked LEVI to remake my drink because it was made wrong. he said “it’s not made wrong there’s lemonade in it” and i said “i don’t think there is? i get this drink everyday it just doesn’t look right. would you mind remaking it for me?” and he said “try it. does it take like lemonade?” I took a sip and i said “um not really but i guess” (i was so fed up arguing about an easy fix). he said “we’ll there you go problem solved there’s lemonade.”the point in all this, if a customer says something is wrong just fix it. i used to work in a restaurant so i completely understand what you guys go through. i know that customers can be absolutely ridiculous and horrible. but at the end of the day a customer is giving you their money for your products. so if they say it’s wrong , it’s wrong. i will never go back to this location again. i will drive the extra 2 miles to go to another one because of how poorly the customer service here is. this is was my first time having an issue with levi, there’s another employee that works the afternoon shifts mostly see her on saturday afternoons. i don’t know her name but she’s also very rude. i’ve had countless issues with this lady. any time i pay with my apple pay she practically throws the machine on the window or puts it so close to her i have to literally get out of my vehicle to pay for my stuff. I don’t know what’s going on at this store but something needs to seriously change. i’m not the first person to say something negative about this store and i’m sure i won’t be the last.
