Subway - Melbourne

This Subway is simply amazing! Every time I visit, the staff are incredibly friendly. It's always a great experience!

Horrible service! Walked in and ordered My 2 substhrough the app so I could get the discount. The guys inside recognized that I was the one who placed the order. They finished making one family's order then I was expecting them to do mine because we were in the restaurant before that family. They proceeded to make that families subs. They then made another online order who is not even there yet. Overall I waited 50 minutes to get 2 subs. Had I not order it through the app I would have left but I had already paid. Everyone that had ordered in front of me got their food, ate inside, and left the restaurant before I had gotten even one of my subs. Got the subs out to the car and one of them had burnt bread. I took it back inside and the employee wanted to argue with me that I had ordered a melt and it is supposed to look burnt. I told him I ordered two subs not a melt. He showed me the receipt they had. The coupon code said it was on a sub/melt. But it was clearly two subsThat I ordered on the rest of the receipt. He had an attitude the entire time making it. Whoever owns the subway really needs to watch the employees and make sure they are trained properly. The guy who waited on me had blonde hair and a pink hat. No name tags so I can't tell you his name.

Very nice and friendly, clean and safe with ordering takeout, had no idea they did pizza and breakfast. Kinda missed the veggie patty for my sandwich ? and settled for the veggie wrap instead

The staff was friendly, and the establishment was clean. My sandwich was deliciously prepared and very tasty. The kirschkoks didn’t quite work out, but that’s okay.

I ordered a protein bowl, but they didn't provide an option to customize it. There was no knife to cut the large pieces of sweet potato, and the fork they gave me was flimsy. I couldn't eat it, so I had to take my salad home!
