Umami Restaurant And Sushi Bar

The food was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. However, the hostess was quite rude and didn’t greet us at all. Our waitress was pretty good, which helped salvage the experience. However, that sushi was absolutely to die for!

I couldn't be happier with my experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly, the seating is cozy and intimate, and the food is simply AMAZING. The menu offers a fantastic selection with perfect portion sizes. I can honestly say it's the best soup I've ever tasted! The Bento Box is just the right size for lunch and comes with a variety of options. The sushi rolls are expertly prepared, and I've never been let down by their selection. I absolutely love dining here—it's the best sushi I've had in Florida!

We also tried three special rolls: the rainbow, the Heisenberg, and the Boba wing. Each dish tasted incredibly fresh, as if the fish had just been caught that afternoon! For those who prefer something less raw, the Boba wing comes with a delicious baked scallop and crushed crab. The Heisenberg was a flavorful treat—not overly sweet despite the mango salsa topping. Overall, the food was fantastic! Our only complaint was regarding our server, Renee. While she tried to be attentive, her approach was somewhat off-putting. Throughout our meal, she leaned against the wall near the sushi bar, staring at her tables, which made us uncomfortable as we attempted to enjoy a romantic dinner.

Best Sushi in Brevard! Always incredible! I was here about 4 times, and I'm impressed every time. This time we tried their desserts, and they were so good. Green tea cheesecake was one of the most delicious cheesecake I had in a while. Also we had a few sushi and sashimi dishes, pork gyoza, ceviche, carpaccio, a role, and the dessert articles. I would recommend everything. We try new things every time, and we need to find something else we didn't love.

Whenever I come to Melbourne, I make it a point to eat at Umami. They have a wide variety of fresh sushi with a specials board near the sushi bar. The day I was there, they had uni and 2 types of blue fin tuna. I love the double spicy tuna and Vegeta rolls. The menu is amazing, the service fast, and the food is delicious! ????
