Rushed on a busy Saturday morning- hot the order wrong, queue too long to be able yo correct in time for walk back to gate.Brunettis is nearby- go there :
Ordered 3 things and received 2 wrong items, the only correct thing I received was a bottle of water. Kitchen was also closed 30mins after it was meant to be open.
If you're here at a busier time, be ready to get your orders wrong. With one person on the cashier and another on the coffees, these guys were processing a continuously growing line of 5-6 customers in the 15 min we were there waiting. A third person helping to process orders and calling out orders would have helped them greatly. We ordered two coffees, and they put the wrong coffee into my keep cup but we let it go as we didn't have time to spare. We also received the wrong jaffle but only realised this when we were up in the air. Cashier guy was also very nonchalant about being at work. That's fair given he probably deals with bad customers on a daily basis... But a better system should be put in place to avoid mistakes. Some mistakes can be costly, for example, some allergies to certain ingredients could cost people their flight or even worse, their lives. If you're in a rush, I recommend against going here.
