Burger Road Fairfield - Melbourne

I tried the Detour to Mexico Burger, and let me tell you, it is nothing like you have ever tasted before. Thank you for the great experience!

I ordered the double cheese and bacon burger, lemon pepper wings and waffles. The burger was absolutely delicious, loved the American cheese, the slightly charred meaty patty (I like that the patty was well done and thick), the sweet onion relish (I was planning on picking out the onions when I put the order through but they tasted so good), on the freshers soft bun. Best burger around ever! And those wings were to die for, so crispy (but without the oiliness nor thick batter), the slight tang of the lemon powder and that chicken, that chicken was so tender and soft, the bones easily pulled away. The waffles tasted nice, though they were the soft pillow type as opposed to crispy. The ladies were friendly and the food was made on time, thank you. Amazing experience, we'll be back! Highly highly recommend!!

A few of us came here for lunch after a walk in the nearby reserve. The burgers were juicy and flavoursome. I enjoyed the sweet potato fries, crispy on the outside and soft and sweet inside. Clean dining area with comfortable booths.

Big fan of the fish burger here! I add extra pickles to kick the flavour up a notch. Takeaway service is well run so no long wait times
