Contribuisci feedbackThe coffee at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! For a true energy boost, make sure to try the signature Barista’s Breakfast, which includes both espresso and milk coffee to keep you pumped up for the day. The cozy interior has a charming, old-fashioned vibe that perfectly complements the atmosphere of the Camberwell Junction area.
This cozy local cafe offers warm hospitality and serves delicious food and drinks. Our group tried their signature big breakfast which includes eggs, sourdough, bacon, pork sausage, beans, potato rosti, spinach, mushrooms, and a sweetcorn fritter stack with poached eggs, smashed avocado, whipped goat cheese, tomato chutney, and radish salad. The crispy fries were perfectly cooked and crunchy. We also indulged in their fantastic smoothies, opting for the Berrilicious and Mango Passion shakes. What stood out to us was that Collective Espresso provides metal straws instead of plastic ones, showing their commitment to sustainability.
The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is delicious.
A nice cosy cafe with the friendliest staff.<br/ <br/ We ordered the sweet corn fritters. Large portions, corn was crisp outside and sweet/juicy inside. Perfectly paired with the whipped goats cheese and sweet tomato chutney.<br/ <br/ The smoked benny was impressive. The most crisp potato, tender slow cooked pork and perfectly cooked egg Benny with homemade hollandaise sauce. <br/ <br/ I loved how the soy chai latte was presented and enough to make two cups. The drink was the right temperature and honey sat at the bottom of the cup, ready to be mixed.
