My American friends found it delicious, and I agreed. The restaurant only had five or six seats, all facing the street, which was great for people-watching. The pizza bar did not seem to have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable in the summer. The music playing was unappealing and too loud. Our bill came to about A$30 for a large pizza and two Cokes (390ml each), which was not cheap. The restaurant is easily accessible via the number 86 Docklands Bundoora Yarra Trams route. It is also convenient to use a myki card for unlimited train, tram, and bus trips at A$8.80 per day per person, eliminating the stress of finding parking.
The truffle beef Rossini was excellent. The gourmet selection was impressive, and the wine selection was also very good. Overall, it was the best dining experience.
I recently ordered a 24-inch pizza with high hopes for quality food. Unfortunately, the dough was undercooked and the tomato sauce and cheese lacked flavor. I would have been better off making it myself. That's all.
Living about a 5 minute walk from bimbos for 2 years, you could say I was a regular.
Mmmm, I honestly didn't know what to make of this place I saw young faces everywhere, in fact, too young.
