Amazing friendly staff, very quick service, large menu and the food was amazing. Highly recommend restaurant.

A Masterclass in how to look after customers. My partners paella was served and 20 minutes later my pizza had not arrived. I politely advised the waiter to cancel the order. In seconds the manager arrived and apologised but he went so much further. The meal was on him and at the end he personally delivered complimentary limoncellos. I offered to pay half as my partners meal was sensational. He insisted on making the whole meal free and came and apologised again as we left. Clearly a restaurant that really cares

Surprised by how good this was. Service was excellent, location was extremely busy but with a great vibe. Energy from the whole staff was great. Calamari was excellent to start with. Spanish fettuccine was well cooked, with plenty of fresh seafood. Over all great experience

Fantastic service, vibrant atmosphere and delicious Italian food at reasonable prices. We loved our luncheon visit and will definitely return when next in Melbourne.

We nearly opted for burgers on a Main Street of Melbourne cbd on our last of 3 nights away from home and kids but ended up down hardware lane. Decided on Max’s and were not disappointed. Great atmosphere, excellent service (especially from Rich! and amazing food. Highly recommend, and we will be back next time we are in Melbourne.
