Mcdonald's Karingal - Melbourne

This McDonald's is located in my neighborhood, at a great central location near the main road. Over the years, the store has had different managers which has affected the level of service. However, my recent experiences have been positive, especially with locals using food delivery apps. There is ample parking and the self-service kiosks make ordering easy and convenient. It's always a good spot for a quick meal.

I visited the drive-thru this morning and had a pleasant experience! The two girls at the separate windows were kind, polite, and didn't rush the order. They were very accommodating when I had to add something extra to my order at the first window. Overall, it was wonderful to interact with such friendly staff. The wait time was short, and the only downside was that the fries were slightly undercooked and cold. Despite that, it was still a good experience!

This morning the restaurant was very busy, but the staff did an incredible job of getting orders done. Customers should try to be more patient in such a busy environment. Great job team!

The staff are always very friendly, even when they are busy. Jade, the girl who made my coffee, is very talented, it was the best coffee i’ve ever had, and I saw her do some amazing latte art on it as she poured the milk.

WOW!! Karingal Mcdonalds youve done it again. My medium double-cheeseburger meal was outstanding. A young man by the name of Reuben I believe made my burger... he did a great job. Little light on the sauce but thats ok.
