Mcdonald's Towerhill - Melbourne

The service at this restaurant was okay, but the atmosphere was lacking.

I recently ordered a fillet of fish meal through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the fish was undercooked and inedible. I was very disappointed with the experience and will not be ordering the fillet of fish again. The food rating is a 1 and the service rating is a 4.

This McDonald's has the worst restroom I have ever encountered. The tap was broken, the floor was filthy, and the toilet was also broken. The service was average, with a dine-in meal option for brunch priced between A$20-40 per person. The food rated a 5 out of 10, while the service and atmosphere both received a 5 and 4, respectively.

The person taking my order on the drive through left halfway through my order and i was left waiting for so long that cars were beeping me from the queue. then someone started taking my order out of nowhere (different person from beginning) and cut me off mid order saying to drive through when i clearly had not finished.
