Menya Ramen - Melbourne

Visited this place for three times during my Melbourne trip. For their gyutandon bowl. The service was fast. And they serve free flow tea and water.

Service was terrible. And the food was disappointing. I wanted to try Japanese Ramen and I asked to staff that which ramen is recommended. She pointed 'Menya Ramen' saying that's very famous. But I really didn't like it. I'm not fussy and enjoy pretty much all food.However this dish was terrible.

My friend recommended me so I thought it was good. I went there and ate it and it looks like I rather do it at home because it is all store-board by the look at the dish. Disappointed and shouldn't be called Menya Ramen.

This place is still one of my favorite place for quick lunch even though it up and down for the quality of food and taste. I will be back.

I was attending a training course in the building and wanted to have some ramen. Glad to see this place was in the food court on the ground floor. I ordered the Sapporo Ramen (first try) and it was just what I hoped for. Service was quick and friendly (I wasn't sure what to order) and the ramen had subtle flavours and everything in it was delicious. I really enjoyed this meal and was raving about it to others in the training course.
