Middle Fish - Melbourne

First time here. Business lunch. Quick service and good menu with pretty decent list of daily specials. Good value. Speedy service and funky but still easy to chat. Good vegetarian options as a few in our meeting.

They have great Thai food menu! All very fresh and well made. The atmosphere of the place is also very rustic and casual, which is lovely and very hip :) Their beef salad is very refreshing !The owner of this place, Pla is such a lovely lady. Very friendly, charming and fun to be around

The Restaurant looks like a hangout for students but the food is definitely for everyone. This is my second time there and I recommend this place for anyone in the Unimelb vicinity that doesn't want to go far for a good Thai meal.

Visited for a set menu dinner with a work group. There was one large table and the rest of us sat in booths, 5-6 to a booth. The food was good but came out intermittently. The vegetarians at the table were well, and pleasantly, catered for with, if anything, larger portions than the rest. Worthwhile choice if you like Thai.

I've now visited here several times...sometimes with one or two others and once with a large group. All lunches, although middle fish also does dinner for most of the week.The food is vibrant and fresh, full of all the tastes and flavours you would expect from good Thai cuisine.. the menu is varied, with options that will hopefully suit those diners looking for authentic tastes of Thai in a modern, contemporary setting.I've always had good service, and staff are helpful and pleasant. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving a quick dose of Thai cuisine.
