Minamishima - Melbourne

A fantastic experience, lots of personal attention and truly unique options… fizzy sake, Crab shot to name two

Amazing experience and food at Minamishima. All sushi were wonderfully prepared and the special dishes on the day including uni, wagyu and caviar were amazing. The highlight of sushi, ottoro and tuna belly just melt in your mouth. I do think their price is worth it for the quality and service you get.

There is no flavour fireworks -this rather symphony of seafood prepared perfectly and delivered with subtlety and sophistication.

Pregnant friendly restaurant! I am 7 months pregnant and before getting a reservation, we made sure the food was pregnancy safe, and every dish I received was fully cooked. I'm able to say that I ate my food with confidence. On top of that, you can see how the chef prepares the dishes for you. I really enjoyed the experience.

Flawless experience. Great atmosphere sitting right at the table watching the chefs at work. Staff were very friendly, my water was never below half empty and I was never left wanting another whisky because they were so active. Finest nigiri I’ve eaten in Australia by a mile.
