As night falls, the restaurant transforms into a lively scene reminiscent of Sri Lankan hawker stalls, where guests can enjoy finger foods just like on the bustling streets of Lanka.
We stumbled across this place because my partner wanted eggs benedict and I wanted something savoury with an Asian flair. And that's just what we got. I had kimchee pancake and my partner had a large serving of eggs benedict with generous portions of bacon and the hollandaise on the side. Meals were prepared quickly and the taste was amazing. Ice latte was a good size. I'll be back. Parking can be difficult out the front. Kid friendly. Toilets available. Caters for dietaries. Makes take away as well. Staff were excellent.
Visited from Tasmania last weekend and my daughter suggested we try this place. Very diverse, interesting menu. So many dishes to choose from. We tried the two pictured. Fantastic!
Driven past but never stopped until now and glad we did. A very unusual menu with everything from eggs and bacon to Sri Lankan curries. The crab omelette was good, tasty and sweet. Could have done without the mushrooms which were a little underdone. The hopper with Dahl and vegy curry was delicious. Not too spicy and rich with flavour. Great coffee and good service.
After telling the staff there was a problem with the chicken, the kitchen then sent it back saying it was cooked yesterday. Curry was good, chicken was bad. Have had this dish served here many many times. Not the best response to a regular customer with a genuine complaint. Rant over, feeling better.
