Greeted by staff DING!Enjoyed my BAN DINGPHO YUMHERBS Not enoughI shall be back to try more menu items. I recommend this place if you are nearby
I absolutely adore this place. Despite it not being very crowded, I was initially hesitant to walk in. However, I ended up dining here twice in the same week. I highly recommend trying the duck bao and asking for plum sauce - it's delicious!
Happy to have found a Vietnamese restaurant near Docklands/Southern Cross that makes BBH. It comes with a lot of meat, the spice can be adjusted by adding fresh chilies, however I didn't like that the noodles had broken up into little pieces which made it a bit cumbersome to eat.
I recently visited Pho N Roll for lunch as part of the MealPal program. The cafe is unique, located in an entranceway with mailboxes lining one wall. The interior is dark, but there are also tables outside in the sun. My preordered meal included a crispy pork banh mi on a tigerbread roll and three vegetarian dumplings. Initially, I was disappointed with the presentation of the banh mi, but looks can be deceiving. The meat was on top instead of fresh Asian greens, and there was a nice chilli kick. The pork was crispy and tender, and the salad was a pleasant surprise when I bit into it. The vegetarian dumplings were a bit stuck together, but delicious when dipped in the sauce. I had walked past Pho N Roll many times before, and I am glad I finally tried it. It is a convenient location for a tasty crispy pork roll at lunchtime.
