Pomodoro Sardo - Melbourne

The pizza at this restaurant is absolutely incredible. The margherita pizza tastes just like authentic New York-style pizza, with high-quality ingredients. The pasta dishes are also very good.

We walked in minutes after their dinner service opened so the place was empty.

Came here because it was close to our hotel and we're pleasantly surprised.

We didn't have a reservation, but the staff gladly set up a table for us. They had excellent knowledge of wines and made great food suggestions. This was the best Italian food we've had in Melbourne. The staff was also very friendly.

The Peppe pizza at this restaurant on Lonsdale Street near the theatres was absolutely delicious! Topped with mozzarella, potatoes, pancetta, blue cheese, and rosemary, it was the perfect size for sharing between two at lunchtime. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
