Taketori - Melbourne

A great restaurant with friendly service and some of the best Japanese food in town. Have been going for a few years and the quality never disappoints.

Saw this by chance and walked in for dinner. Very glad we did. Had the banquet, which for per head was reasonable considering the amount and quality of food. Pics are just some the great items we were served. Great service and atmosphere. Will...happily come back next time we’re in town.

Just didn’t taste great, food wasn’t great Had the ramen, gyoza and yakitori and they couldn’t nail it Fairly overpriced for what you get too

Walking along King St and passed by a well presented Japanese Fusion restaurant. Good service accompanied the tasty food. There was of us and we managed to get the right mix of food and serving size. Dishes to try include the eel rice and...trio oysters

We have eaten at this restaurant a couple of times and been very pleased with everything we ordered. This included pork gyoza, kinds of sashimi Taketori lobster sushi roll, and seafood claypot. This and Bergerac are my favorite restaurants in the King St. ..Lonsdale St. vicinity.
