Taste Of Chennai Reservoir - Melbourne

Chefs special dosa must eaten food in this place we went through many varieties of dosas, but when we visited this restaurant, that dosa which was suggested by the chef there made my day. It was extremely good and tasty #ChefsSpecialDosa

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Despite not knowing much at first, we had a wonderful server who explained everything and gave us great recommendations. The food was delicious and we would definitely consider returning in the near future. Thank you for the wonderful and friendly service!

Thosai was good. It was made fresh upon order. The chutneys and sambar were also very fresh unlike most Indian restaurants. Puri was good and the potato masala that came with it was excellent. Coffee was good too. Waitress who works in the evening shift is friendly and explains the menu well. Owner and his wife are a very friendly couple and I had a good chat as well as a good meal. Have done both dine in and takeaway and highly recommend this vegetarian restaurant.

We ordered the Egg Kothu Puratha, onion masala thosai, Vadai (was not only NOT soggy as it would have been elsewhere but also HOT-made fresh! , Onion pakoda, masala tea and Gulab jamun to finish this yummy dinner! The food was tasty and well cooked. So much so we couldn’t resist a take away item! The service was great! Everything was just like it tasted in Chennai. The servings were appropriate and to top it off, it is affordable! For my first time eating in this restaurant, I’ll def be back. Thanks guys!
