The Bank on Collins - Melbourne

A very lack lustre welcome and seating. The food was okay but mostly overcooked around the edges. The wine was fine. The waiter who brought our food to us was professional and came back later to check that everything was fine. Well done there. At the end of the night, the person who finalised our bill was the same person who took us to our seat, which meant another lacklustre finale. We will return but the hospitality skills of some staff needs to be improved, as does the cooking of chicken parmigiana. I will stick with the steak nights on Mondays.

Great value for money. I would mot hesitate to return. Brilliantly cooked steak and all 400 grams were scrumptious. The wine was also pleasant. We will return.

We had a lovely lunch as per usual. Only criticism was steak not as good as previous visits
