The Yorkshire Hotel - Melbourne

How good are the staff at this venue! Nothing was a problem, they carried drinks to our table with a smile. I think a lot of city hotel staff could learn a lot about customer service by visiting this awesome little pub. I will certainly go back for the service alone that seems to have vanished in other pubs across town. I'm a bit of a harsh critic at times because I give service in my line of work expect it when I'm out. 5 stars for the management staff at The Yorkshire Hotel

From the outside I thought this could be a blokey pub, but it wasn't. Staff were very accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. Decent white wine, tab, lots of tvs, great beer garden and nice food. We will be back.

Went there for a feed and few drinks last night, awesome friendly blokes and the food was top rate, 'Jack n Jimmy '

Michael and Tom at the bar were incredibly friendly and assisted me and my friends in choosing the best beers. The Parma was excellent, and the outdoor area was a fantastic addition. I highly recommend this pub.

The restaurant has a great pub atmosphere, with attentive and friendly staff. There is a surprising variety of vegetarian options available for a traditional pub, which is impressive. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.
