We ordered prior to them opening for delivey. It never arrived. My husband rang twice and when spoke with the manager he refused to believe it hadn't been delivered even though we have security camera footage to prove this. Finally delivered after 1.25hr wait. Driver admitted they were delivered to wrong address but still no apology.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 6.00pm hour and a half latter they are still not out of the oven when I called to find out how long it will be I get told “ sorry we’re super buisy” and that it will be another half hour . These people have no concept of the meaning of service I would recommend you go past them to anther pizza place

UPDATE: Both me and my partner’s pasta’s were really yummy, full of flavour and just the right amount of cream! The owner is really friendly and wants what is best for his customers. Thank you so much for a great meal and thanks for a great service! I drive pretty far (Box Hill) to come here since I was recommended by a friend! Will defs keep coming back!

We have supported this pizza shop for years, but the decline of quality and service is just terrible. food arrivesuncooked if it arrives at all. We have given them at least 6 chances as all small business needs a chance but ....
