Wagyu Fun Melbourne Cbd

I recently discovered a new favorite on Uber Eats: Wagyu Fun. I tried the Wagyu Deluxe Bento Two, which included Teriyaki Wagyu Beef, Wagyu Beef Katsu, and Wagyu Steak. I also ordered some crunchy Panko Fried Prawn and Takoyaki. The dishes were all delicious, so much so that on our next Saturday Date Night, we reordered the same dishes - but this time we each got our own bento box. Oops!

The portion size is generous and the meat is tender, but the teriyaki sauce is a bit overwhelming.

Hidden gem in the CBD. Honestly wouldn’t have known of this place if not for Zomato Gold. The restaurant is accommodating as they allow you to order different dish using GOLD <br/ <br/ Ordered:<br/ 1. Raw Wagyu Beef Don approx $19) m<br/ 2. Unagi Deluxe Bento $24.8) <br/ <br/ Raw Wagyu Beef Don:  Surprisingly it was really good, comes with an egg plus a salad side. The flavours were amazing.<br/ <br/ Unagi Deluxe Bento Terrible terrible terrible Comes with a tempura , deep fried squid a salad side. Unagi wasn't even fresh but the deep fried squid was horrid. Felt so unfresh that I literally felt like puking after eating that, like I had this weird after taste lingering in my mouth

I used the Zomato Gold 1-4-1 app at this restaurant and tried the katsu don. The portions were large, but it was not a traditional katsu don with a runny egg and chicken cutlet. Instead, they just fried an egg and placed it on top. However, they were generous with the rice and salads. It was a good deal for a quick lunch in the CBD, but don't expect authentic Japanese food.
