Safe to say we will be back many more times to come.Vegetarian options: You can have pipisas without any meat and other things like it, I don't remember the menu muchParking: There is a fair amount of parking, definitely a limit but not terrible, maybe 15 or more spots give or take.
Had the pleaseure of trying something new and having dinner at Taqueria Y Pupuseria Miranda. I have known the family for years and at their other store and restaurant was the only place I could ever find or get pupusas in town. They opened a dedicated restaurant across the street from their store while I was still in Louisville. Since I moved back I have been back for lots of pupusas but this time… I tried their Pan con Pollo. It was freaking amazing. I didn’t know how to eat it but eventually I figured out a way and wow my taste buds were salsa dancing. My friend ordered their combo with two pupusas, a Birria taco and side of rice and beans. Everything was delicious and very affordable. Large portions, fast and friendly service. Check em out!
Everything was delicious!!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!
Move out my way and show me a table!!!What's not to love?A place where we have eatin 2 to 3 times in a week..our new place to share with our friends and family. The food has always been excellent NEVER a disappointment from tacos to pupusas to the best ever Cena tipica!!The friendly service from walking through the door, placing your order, suggestions, and even bringing your food to you while you relax and sit and catch up on the day.The food is freshly made as you order, no packaged items here...you may have to wait but it will be worth it..The place is small. Maybe 10 tables inside and a few outside when the weather is nice.If you get a chance stop by grab a horchata or a beer a couple tacos and make some new friends..and bring your own!!Try something on the menu you won't be disappointed it will be your go once you try one you'll want to try it all to satisfy your craving!
This place is legit! We 've been there over 5 times within a week after trying it (yes, we 're hooked). The tacos, the pupusas, the beers you can 't go wrong with anything. Little secret, though. They always have the Caldo de Rez which seems to be a favorite. So, let 's dig into their food...TACOSBarbacoa more than on point and fully and deeply flavored with finely shredded head meat.Asada delicious with deep flavors and never overcooked with the right bit of crisp to the meat.Pastor I don 't think you can get any other Al Pastor taco with perfectly charred pineapple bits.Birria Man, they can use this dipping sauce as a soup (not going to lie, but I had that as a breakfast snack the other day)...PUPUSASExcuse me, but these are more than delicious and are quite filling without being over cooked. They are fresh to order, so please be patient for some of the most delicious noms that will arrive at your table.QUESO CON LOROCO I just had one of these today and they are utterly amazing. Yes, there is cheese in there, but the Loroco flower is absolutely delicious. Loroco is an edible, unopened flower that looks like a teensy little broccoli once cooked in the pupusa. Sweet, savory, light but earthy flavor.QUESO CON CALABAZA they used a different type of cheese in this to set off the finely sliced zucchini. A favorite for the servers and so fresh in flavor.CHICHARON CON QUESO This pork and cheese infused pupusa is a great starter to get to understand what pupusas are all about. Fully of savory flavor, never dry, and will make your mouth and tummy smile (I 'm going to get this one next: CHICHARON, QUESO Y LOROCO)..QUESADILLASUm, excuse me, but when they say that they use a giant tortilla be prepared. It 's the Godzilla of tortillas filled so much that I don 't know how they haven 't ruined their griddles. I mean, they are HUGE and come with a small side salad...BEERSI have no clue, but I 'm going to go through their delightful International brews which are all Pilsners or Lagers from varoius Latin countries...COLESLAW Y 'all, this is NOT your typical coleslaw. It 's a brightly flavored cabbage and carrot slaw with vinegar and light seasonings. It 's a perfect side to go with anything that you get...All In All, this place is worth a visit. Short on time? Order ahead as EVERYTHING is made to order. Want to chill out? Wait a bit and get a table. The service is amazing, the food is outstanding, and you 're NOT going to go hungry. Oh, and the next time I 'm going, I have GOT to try that Caldo de Rez (hot beef soup) as it looks to be a regulars ' dream dish.
