A sandwich is not supposed to take over an hour to deliver. This is the second time I order delivery and it takes over an hour. It sure will be the last one. The person on the phone told me (both times) they have only 2 drivers. Well, that is absolutely not my fault! You charge $3.99 for delivery!!! Ridiculously high for the poor service this location offers. ?

Ordered $50+ of food last Saturday at ~1055am ,for delivery, and was told it would take 20 minutes. If that is freaky fast then I'd hate to see freak slow!!! Sorry your slogan Jimmy John's not mine!!! BTW the distance between the store and delivery location is 1/2 mile!!!

When I called the restaurant for an update, the staff member assured me that the order was on its way and that the driver had just left, which was frustrating to hear as I tried to explain to my 35 hungry colleagues why their lunch was delayed. I later spoke to the manager, who candidly admitted that he had sidelined my order to prioritize another. He also acknowledged that when he told me the order was on its way, it was still being prepared. The only solution offered was a discount on a future order, but I have no intention of returning to this restaurant. No thanks.
