I picked this location specifically because it was open until 10pm per the app. I arrived at approximately 9:15pm to pick up my order. The store was closed. I then had to place another online order with another location in the area. I wasted my time, money and gas because of the misinformation on the location hours. What should have been a simple and short trip to pick up dinner, turned into an extra hour on inconvenience. I am expecting my $22.75 to be refunded to me immediately. I am highly disappointed with the whole situation. And Subway corporate has yet to respond to my email. HORRIBLE customer service.
