Saxby Road Cob Shop - Melton Mowbray

Brilliant Lil worker cobshop, greay türstep sandwases and the pflüger salat box is massiw!

The food was in order and competitive. hash browns were a little firm, but I ate them and was full of it!

The large cob shop closes at 1:30, so make sure you don’t miss it!

This bustling little restaurant during lunchtime sees a lot of local orders and walk-ins, but the wait isn't long thanks to the ample staff ready to serve you. I dined in the seating area, which is a bit cramped and could benefit from some expansion, as I found myself sharing my breakfast space with five customers waiting. If the fridge were relocated, it might create a bit more elbow room. However, there is a great variety of options available, both hot and cold, and the food was delightful and enjoyable.

The food was excellent, but a small piece of paper from the jacket potato got mixed in with the beans, and I had to try to fish it out of my meal.
