L'Herytage - Melun

Service is terrible, food is overpriced like wine. Plates are on the table, between courses, for half of ours. No one checks your drinks or interferes in other ways...

They were here for lunch on a sunny Monday in May. Three course menu choice. Traditional dishes. Good quality. Very friendly staff. Only possible to eat inside, but we had a coup champagne in front and a coffee outside in the small square. Small restaurant with attention to detail in the interiors. We had previously visited Chateau de Vaux-le-Vicomte and it was definitely worth the extra little trip to Melun to get this lunch on the way to Paris.

Sat out a morning and had coffee and cake. very nice coffees and massive slices of choccy fudge cake. reasonable prices too.

I come very often in this restaurant with a very nice decoration. the boss is friendly and the waitress very nice. dessert flat entry to 14.40 euros is reasonable and perfectly suitable for noon. quick and fresh everything is perfect. See you soon!

Simple but tasteful cuisine. 3 choices of menus according to the season. this noon gaspacho, pennes to the Provencal Chicken, red fruit sabayon (a slaughter).
