This time, our food was served hot, our orders were correct, and our dishes were clean. I have ordered pizza a few times since then, and it has been hit or miss—sometimes a bit overcooked, and other times so soggy that it falls apart and is inedible. I used to love this place when I was growing up, and I hope they can figure out the issues and concerns that customers are expressing.
I was served a plate that was visibly dirty, with a coffee stain and what appeared to be grease on it. When I requested a new plate, the waitress, Jackie, brought me one and sarcastically said, "Oh, feel free to inspect the clean one, my god." It was a really disappointing experience, and the food was just average. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This was honestly the worst pizza I've ever had. I can't believe I spent $75 on two soggy pizzas. The "all meat" pizza was missing several ingredients it was supposed to include, and it cost $40! My kids, who will eat almost any pizza, wouldn't touch it. I strongly advise against going here; it was a terrible experience, and I regret wasting my money.
Worst and most expensive pizza I?ve ever had. 2 large pizzas for $74 is a joke. Soggy greasy crust. Missing ingredients. Just the worst experience. You?re better off with a frozen pizza
Western Pizza used to be one of my favorite dining spots. However, after trying superior fettuccine or poutine elsewhere, their food just doesn't seem to compare anymore.
