A&r B-que - Memphis

Delicious! I ordered the rib with baked beans and potato salad and loved every bite. for those of them who love hot smoked sausages, then they must order the smoked sausage sandwich. her BBQ sauce is sweet, but not too sweet. I can't expect to try the other dishes on their menu!

I am a native of Memphis; but when I'm back home one stop that is automatic will be a trip to A&R BBQ. From the time I was a student at Hamilton High School in the 80's to the present; the food has been outstanding! My go to is the BBQ polish or smoked sausage sandwich with slaw on top. But quite frankly everything is top notch deliciousness!

My cousin I went to Memphis for the weekend and a guy at the airport recommended this place. We live in Atlanta but we are from North Carolina so we know good BBQ. This hit the SPOT. It was really good and priced well AND The potato salad did not disappoint.

The sweet sauce was not very spicy and there are better dining options in the city.

This was my first visit to Memphis and I was recommended this restaurant by someone. I must say, the ribs were the most delicious I have ever tasted. And let's not forget about the sides - they were also incredibly tasty! I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant when you're in Memphis, your taste buds will thank you.
