Contribuisci feedbackLovely clean restaurant, disappointing food. The Wagu Beef burger was so bad, I sent it back. The so called premium patty was a deep fried, blackened hockey puck. And it was small too. I got the brisket sandwich, which was decidedly lackluster.
Legit sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, pulled up to the speaker and sat for another ten minutes without even being acknowledged. My son is at St Jude, and I just wanted to eat before we got up for chemotherapy in the morning, but here I am. Pathetic. The management of this place should be ashamed.
Went through the drive-thru at dinner time (4:45 p.m. . We were greeted accordingly, and I gave the correct response of one minute please . As we gathered our order together for a family of 5, I was asked if I was ready to order after less than 20 seconds and then told to hold on as I gave the order of two kid 's meals. There seems to be a trend of customer service drastically disappearing. There were no manners involved at all, and the food was just as cold as the person who took our order. To top the horrible customer service and cold food, our order was not even complete.We are frequent patrons of our local Arby 's as we go there nearly every weekday for lunch, but we will not be stopping back into this one. Overall, this was a bad way to spend $35.
It took sooo long to get a simple sandwich. Meat and bread only. No sauce. No cheese. I was physically tired when I left. I haven't been to Arby's in 3 or 4 years and it will probably be this long before I go back.
The Ruben, and the spicy fish sandwich is ok. I'll just add that if u don't want to experience ratchet conversion among staff the drive thru will be a better choice. I'll probably never go in the dining area ever again.
