The service was extremely poor, and it seemed that some of the staff were not fully attentive or present.

I found my hamburger had been partially eaten. It feels like this was done because I'm Hispanic, as dark-skinned individuals often face disrespectful treatment. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend going to this place.

Where should I begin? We went up to the counter to place our order, and the customer service was just okay. I ordered a chicken sandwich, specifying "with pickles and please add extra pickles." I felt I communicated that clearly. After our order was taken, we decided to find a place to sit. However, every single table was dirty—I'm not exaggerating. It was such a mess that I had to grab my sanitizing wipes to clean our table and seats before we could eat. The rails between the booths were also covered in grime, and I mean caked with filth. The bathroom was even worse; I couldn’t even sit on the toilet seat comfortably, and the toilet paper holder was on the floor. This has to be the most unsanitary restaurant I’ve ever visited. I'd be embarrassed to work here.

I just told them! Last time I came here the food was under cook! The person on speaker caught an attitude. And my food still not right!

My order was made perfectly delicious, fresh tasty. The one error was replaced with a smile. I love plain food, I'm a salt pepper person with only onions and lettuce added, no other ingredients needed NO cheese.
